Quality and Inspection
Our Quality and Inspection systems ensure that our customers receive their products to the exact specifications that they require.
We have held an ISO approval since July 1991. This approval started as BS5750 and has been improved year on year to reach the current standard to which we operate of BS EN ISO ISO 9001:2015.
We have a full time Inspector and Quality Manager leading our Quality Department. Our CMM, a Mitutoyo B231, accurately measures to 0.001mm. This highly sophisticated inspection tool is central to our Quality system. It is calibrated annually, by an external company (Quality Control Technology Ltd.) ensuring its accuracy and working standards are maintained.
Many of our Customers rely solely on our Quality system as part of their goods inwards inspection, allowing them to assemble there products quickly and efficiently.
